No! For the exterior wash services, our Operators come straight to your car, so you can relax and enjoy your day. For interior wash services, the Operator will contact you to get access to the car.

If you call in, we can try our best! However, we are often booked in advance so it is difficult to book something the same day. On average, you can expect to receive an appointment within 24 - 48 hours!

We are available 7 days a week from 8am to 6pm. Appointments can be set within as little as two hours. In order to set the next available appointment navigate to our Book Now page.

Yes, we are able to remove the high majority of stains from spills to dirt, grime, and grease stains on all sorts of surfaces including carpet, cloth, leather, and vinyl. We use non-abrasive methods first then work towards hot water extraction if needed to ensure that we clean your vehicle using the safest means available. 

Yes, we offer discounts for 3 or more vehicles. Please Contact us for a custom group quote. 

Our Washers come fully prepared and have all of the necessary supplies to complete your wash. Please make sure that your vehicle is open if you are receiving a wash that includes detailing of the inside. Also, please make sure that the location you are ordering your wash from allows space for a larger vehicle and washes to be taken place.

Yes, we are licensed to operate our business in the state of Florida and we have full insurance coverage in case of emergency.

New Look Wash guarantees you'll be satisfied with your detail or we'll do it again. Please be sure thoroughly review your vehicle BEFORE the detailer leaves. In the event that something comes to light after the service, we will offer to remedy any issues that are our fault. All of our customers are asked to review detailer performance on a 0-5 scale, 5 being the best. Your rating, as well as any comments, will be shared with the detailer. All of our detailers are full trained professionals with years of experience detailing vehicles. You can read our great reviews on google or yelp.

Additional charges can apply for excessive pet hair, mold/mildew, human or animal biowastes, and excessive dirtiness. If your vehicle has one of these issues, your technician will advise you of additional charges before the work begins. Surcharges are anywhere from 20-50% of the cost of the service package. Additional charges will also apply if you require services not specified in packages.

Tips are not expected but are always appreciated for great customer service. You can give a tip online too.

If you require the area under detachable items to be cleaned please remove these items prior to the wash taking place. Please note the operator will not remove or re-attach any of these items.
